When will I get my order?

We are doing our best to keep the banner at the top of the page updated with our processing times. Once that time has elapsed, your order should be shipped and on its way to you. Keep an eye open for emails with your tracking number to find out when you'll receive your package!

What type of wax do you use in your candles and wax melts?

Our wax melts are made exclusively of soy. Our candles are made using a proprietary blend of coconut and soy wax, but soy wax is the majority in the blend.

I have allergies. Which products can I use?

All products are listed with full ingredients. We strives to create products that work well for everyone, even if that means creating recipes and formulas with specific allergies in mind. If you have concerns and would like to ask for some help, please email us through our Contact form.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally - yet. This is something we are hoping to offer in the future.

What do I do if something arrives damaged?

If something has arrived damaged, please contact us at hello@ochreandco.com immediately so that we can make this right. Please include photos when you email us. It helps us assess the damage and shows us how we can prevent things like this from happening in the future to anyone else.

Where do you get your products?

All of the products available on our website are made by us. They are not imported or white labeled by any company.
